Relationship with God

Pray for their own relationship with God. Pray for a deepening love, devotion, and obedience to the Lord, for spiritual refreshment and growth, for his/her personal time alone with God, including time in His Word, for holy living, and for victory over sin and Satan.

Physical and emotional

Pray for their physical and emotional life. Pray for adaptation to the climate, health in the midst of disease, safety in danger, victory over loneliness or depression. Pray for resistance to common diseases and fatigue.

Family

Pray for their family. As appropriate, pray for his/her relationship with spouse, children and family at home. Pray for God’s spiritual and emotional care for the children, as well as their health and education.

Communication

Pray for their ability to communicate. Pray for his/her language development and fluency. Pray for cultural adaptation as they see to present the gospel clearly.

Relationships with others

Pray for their relationship with coworkers, that they may enjoy a spirit of cooperation and community. Pray for his/her relation ship with those in authority, including field and national leaders. And pray for their relationship with unbelievers in their region.

Provision

Pray for their provisions. Pray for their supply of daily necessities, for reliable transportation, suitable housing, and adequate tools for ministry.
